A mandatory meals program provides delicious dinners, Monday through Friday at two late-afternoon sittings. The well-balanced meals are prepared on-site with fresh-baked bread and rolls a regular menu item. Our large dining room has a view of the rose garden and grassy courtyard. Meals are brought to the table by caring, competent waiters and waitresses.

Corinthian House has adopted a non-smoking policy, with the intent of becoming a smoke free building.

Our comfortable 9 passenger bus, used primarily for group activites, takes residents to various shopping centers, to cultural and special events and provides transportation to various churches in our community.

Our residence includes a laundry room, a full service beauty parlor, a library equipped wtih two multimedia and internet capable computers, a magnification reader, a lounge, and a craft room. A full length feature film is provided for our residents enjoyment on a regular basis through our in-house video system. Our apartments are wired for cable TV.

Activities available for resident participation include current events classes, and conventional exercise sessions, crafts, conderts and various cultural offerings. We have an active Resident Council and Assocaition, CHAR, who plan and execute activities. A Services Coordinator is on staff to assist you.

Security is provided for residents:

• Access to all buildings is limited
• The facility is supervised 24 hours a day
• There is a daily stat-chek
• There are two emergency pull cords in each apartment

Each well laid out apartment provides you with a kitchen (refrigerator, sink, stove, cupboards and cabinets). Apartments have closets, numerous electrical outlets, and individually controlled heat and air-conditioning. Most units have a patio or balcony. Carpeting and drapery are provided. Our studios are 400 square feet, our one-bedroom and handicap units are 600 square feet and our two double studio apartments are 800 square feet each.

The monthly rent includes water and gas service. Electrical usage is submetered. Meals are paid for on a monthly basis in advance. Electricity is paid monthly in arrears. There is a security deposit which is refundable.
